Dignity Lost

The concept of the preciousness of human dignity is almost wholly lost in our culture today. From entertainment to advertising, knit-picky gossip to full-out cussing, it is more than clear just how much, or rather how little, people respect and value human life. Almost subconsciously the common man has adopted the materialist principle that man is nothing more than an object. This mentality sees each human being as a means of “getting what I want”, or as an object that is easily disposed of when he becomes inconvenient. Not only do we see this clearly in the abortion issue where the mental health or convenience of the mother takes precedence over the life of the child, we also see the older generation commonly decried as “vegetables” when they become needy in their later years. Woman are looked upon and appraised according to the sexual richter scale and men are rated according to their muscle mass or by their lack of intelligence as compared to the “superior sex”, aka: women.

Not only this, the divorce rate has gone so far through the roof that it has exploded in the atmosphere, scattering its unromantic remains throughout society until it is more common for couples to be living together than to tie the knot. Gay marriage and gender confusion are becoming more and more prominent as people “experiment” with their God-given sexuality and try out different kinds of “relationships”. People don’t commit; certainly not in marriage and relationships, but even in business engagements and minor appointments. Rarely will you find someone as good as their word anymore since the concept of a promise was tossed out the window with the wedding vows. Oh, for the days where women are respected, children are loved, men are selfless and honorable leaders and older people are looked up to as guardians of wisdom. In short, we need a little human dignity, people!

Welcome!

We have all experienced the liberal bias of the media today. At Hot Button Productions we provide a new take: the true take.

We produce short format videos for non-profits and other businesses that have something to say on the hot button issues of our times and are currently not being heard in the main-stream media.

At Hot Button Productions we want to insure that people stay informed on the issues because when people aren’t informed, judicial activists decide how we live.

We hope to impact the culture for Christ by promoting conservative principles in an engaging and motivational way through short format video.
